Working Out With Phen375

Pullovers 3 sets a 8-15 reps

Rows 3 sets a 8-15 reps

Leg Press 3 sets a 8-15 reps

Leg Extensions 3 sets a 8-15 reps

Leg Curls 3 sets a 8-15 reps

Dumbbell Bicep curls 3 sets a 8-15 reps

Triceps Rope Extension 3 sets a 8-15 reps

Cardio 20-30 minutes as hard a possible

 

Friday:

Dead Lifts 3 sets a 8-15 reps

Leg Extensions 3 sets a 8-15 reps

Squats 3 sets a 8-15 reps

One Arm Row 3 sets a 8-15 reps

Cable Pull down 3 sets a 8-15 reps

Dumbell Chest Press 3 sets a 8-15 reps

Barbell Bicep Curls 3 sets a 8-15 reps

Shoulder Lateral Raises 3 sets a 8-15 reps

Cardio 20-30 minutes as hard a possible
It is a hard program because it is based on multi compound exercises that will move a lot of muscle mass in each set, but I promise you it will make you lose weight in no time.

The complete workout including cardio should not take more than 1 hour and 20 minutes.
